Join one of their free 12 week courses at Chelmsley Wood Library. Their friendly and knowledgeable Behaviour Change specialists will support you in reaching your goals. You will also have the opportunity to meet new people and have access to free one to one support if desired.

Courses start from 22nd May and run every Thursday from 5.00pm-6.30pm.
